While this 18+ months have presented many challenges, it has also inspired creativity and innovation as never before!  As we have converted many of our programs to virtual platforms, it has enabled us to not only continue sharing our message of prevention and hope but has also expanded our reach to women and their families from around the country.  Please take a moment to visit and subscribe to our new YouTube channel for free educational videos, click on the free resources tab above to download educational materials and learn more about our primary cardiac prevention program including access to basic and advance heart health screenings now available in most states! Feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have or if we can assist you in any way. Together, we are touching hearts, saving lives!

While many of many of our programs have been created for women, we have adapted them to include men and children. We believe that to truly make a difference in our community, we must help women and their families learn how to make lifestyle choices at all ages to prevent heart disease and live healthier lives.

To effectively share our message, we enjoy opportunities to serve our communities through community and corporate programs.  We have provided free heart health educational resources to more than 35,000 adults and youth through these programs since our launch in 2013.

Here are just a few ways we can help you share our life-saving message!

  • Heart Disease Prevention Presentations

  • Coronary Artery Calcium Score Presentation

  • Heart Health Screenings

  • Community & Corporate Health & Wellness Fairs

  • Community Events

  • Lunch-n-Learns

  • Girls' Night Out

  • Online Health Webinars

  • Special Programs for Faith-based organizations

  • Speakers Bureau including Keynote and Workshop Sessions

Our signature programs have been designed to educate communities about the prevention of heart disease, help more adults learn their risk factors and teach them how we can win the fight against our #1 killer.

The first step toward better heart health is through learning how own risks for the disease and what steps to take next. Through this program, we partner with health care professionals to provide basic heart disease risk assessments, education and lifestyle coaching.

Through our heart health screening campaigns, we are looking for those women and men who may be at higher risk for heart disease. Our #TestNotGuess programs educates adults about advance screenings, including Coronary Artery Calcium Scans, as well as provide access to the screenings and scholarships for at-risk women with financial disparities.

Our largest community outreach means more opportunities to share our life-saving message with adults and students like. Each year, we partner with around 60 community partners for this unique event that provides school supplies, free health screenings and access to resources for more than 2,000 local students and their families. This program is held on the first Saturday of August each year.
