NEW FOR YORK COUNTY!
Healthy Heroes, Healthy Community brings screenings, trusted healthcare providers and valuable community resources together in one place, making it easier to ask questions and take the next step toward better health. This event is open to the general public, with a special focus on caring for the frontline heroes who spend every day caring for us.
The event is an outreach of our Frontline Heroes Wellness Program, made possible by the Singhi Charitable Foundation.
ADVANCE CVD SCREENINGS
We are now recruiting the next cohort of participants for our Frontline Heroes Wellness program. This unique program is available at NO CHARGE to eligible women and men, over the age of 20 who serve as first responders, law enforcement, dispatch departments, emergency services personnel, nurses, educators and school faculty in York, Chester, Lancaster and Mecklenburg Counties. PIN THE HEART ON GRINCH
Stop by our Pin the Heart on Grinch booth at Santa's Workshop during ChristmasVille Rock Hill. Kids can play the game and get a special prize with a heart health message while parents can pick up information and resources for the whole family!
