Northeast TN Outreach
The Heart2Heart Foundation is a proud member of the Johnson County Health Council. This year, we are hosting a back-to-school fun run/walk for students and their families.
Our community partners will be on hand to provide free resources, information, and giveaways. Adults and youth can earn Farmers Market tokens by participating in the HealthyU Fun Run/Walk, and we'll have door prizes. Costumes encouraged!

We are so excited about our 10th Back2School Block Party at Sylvia Circle Learning Center in Rock Hill, SC.
Thanks to our awesome sponsors and donors, we have book bags with school supply kits for the first 1,000 K4-12 students. Plus, we will have lots of free giveaways, health screenings for adults and youth, fun activities and door prizes.

ADVANCE CVD SCREENINGS
We are now recruiting the next cohort of participants for our Frontline Heroes Wellness program. This unique program is available at NO CHARGE to eligible women and men, over the age of 20 who serve as first responders, law enforcement, dispatch departments, emergency services personnel, nurses, educators and school faculty in York, Chester, Lancaster and Mecklenburg Counties. Stop by our Pin the Heart on Grinch booth at Santa's Workshop during ChristmasVille Rock Hill. Kids can play the game and get a special prize with a heart health message while parents can pick up information and resources for the whole family!
