Join us for a special evening celebrating National Women’s Health Week and the power of women supporting women. Teens, moms, grandmothers, aunts, and friends are invited to connect, learn, and have fun while focusing on the health of the whole woman — body, mind, and heart.

ADVANCE CVD SCREENINGS
We are now recruiting the next cohort of participants for our Frontline Heroes Wellness program. This unique program is available at NO CHARGE to eligible women and men, over the age of 20 who serve as first responders, law enforcement, dispatch departments, emergency services personnel, nurses, educators and school faculty in York, Chester, Lancaster and Mecklenburg Counties. Save the date for our 11th Back2School Block Party in Rock Hill, SC.

Northeast TN Outreach
The Heart2Heart Foundation is a proud member of the Johnson County Health Council. We'll announce our 2026 date soon
for the Healthy-U fun run/walk for students and their families in Northeast Tennessee.
Our community partners will be on hand to provide free resources, information, and giveaways. Adults and youth can earn Farmers Market tokens by participating in the HealthyU Fun Run/Walk, and we'll have door prizes. Costumes encouraged!

Stop by our Pin the Heart on Grinch booth at Santa's Workshop during ChristmasVille Rock Hill. Kids can play the game and get a special prize with a heart health message while parents can pick up information and resources for the whole family!
