Take the First Step Toward Better Health
You don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to take your health seriously. Healthy Heroes, Healthy Community brings screenings, trusted healthcare providers, and valuable community resources together in one place, making it easier to understand your risks, ask questions, and take the next step.
The event is open to the general public, with a special opportunity for eligible first responders, dispatchers, educators and nurses to apply for advanced cardiovascular screenings at no cost. You do not have to be a member of the YMCA to participate.
Healthy Heroes, Healthy Community is presented in partnership by The Heart2Heart Foundation, Carolina Cardiology Associates, YMCA of Upper Palmetto and North Central Family Medicine.
This outreach of our Frontline Heroes Wellness Program is made possible by the Singhi Charitable Foundation.
