The first step toward better heart health is to know YOUR risk factors. A simple, basic screening typically checks your blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, BMI/waist circumference as well as your family and medical history to predict your risk of heart attack or stroke.

If you are over 40 years of age, take the next step by talking to your doctor about a Coronary Artery Calcium Scan. This quick, painless screening can detect heart disease at its earliest stages and is saving lives!
